He continued to have a successful career and was a superstar throughout his peak, but being inducted into the Hall of Fame is the real apex of any career. Though it is likely he did take them, let us hope the truth comes out so we can get the entire picture.

I found Suzuki to be quite entertaining to watch, so it is not surprising that he became such a huge supporter star in both Japan and the United States. When we first initiate conversations with these customers, we always strictly talk about how important it is to make repayments, and how difficult the home purchase process is. The entire process is not easy, and there are a lot of rules and regulations that goes into being a property owner that they will be unaware of before even purchasing the property itself. 

What is key to note is that often, first time buyers, especially those expecting a family, will not have the finance necessary. They will usually have the 10% deposit, and not much else. After the expense of buying goods associated with having a baby, all the way down to buying baby girl comforters, mortgages are always the first option that we push forward because it is their only realistic option. Usually, their success rate when it comes to applying for these mortgages is completely on them and their own affordability. 

So, a quick, important key tip if you are soon to apply for a mortgage: make sure that your credit rating is already sorted. If you start an application process with your credit rating on a low enough level to reject, it will just make future applications harder for yourself. If you sort your credit rating before the first application, you will have a much easier time in the future. 

We understand that it can be a tough time for a first-time buyer. You do not understand the many regulations or the paperwork, but if you have a finance plan, you will be fine. 

The problem with his idea is that instead of working with an existing business is that you will never know if the multi-location version will be successful. It was a sad story, but it is also a happy story for me to relay to business owners throughout the years. Despite the number of times that I have argued for better planning, most of the time customers do not listen. Hopefully, now they will. 

First is to make sure that he had the correct acceptance price on all real estate he wanted to purchase. Now, with real estate and buying a home, a listed price is different from an accepted price. Sometimes you would have to pay an extra 5%, and sometimes you could save an extra 5% too. This key difference despite the actual amount in cost, makes a massive difference when it comes to the loan itself. 

Once we had a general idea for the cost to purchase all homes that was wanted by the customer, we then had to calculate the cost against the amount received if the customer re-mortgaged their currently owned homes. Now, unfortunately for the customer, the amount that he could get from his currently owned homes was only 80% for the total cost of the loans themselves, so we had to then look for additional financing options. 

Unfortunately for them, the financing options came in form of mortgages for the additional amounts. Now, a mortgage is not a terrible thing within itself, but when you are spread through multiple properties, the difficult part is the maintenance of those properties’ loans. Ensuring that a single payment is not missed on any is more of a hassle than anything else. You never want to be late on a loan repayment. 

It did work for them though. It did not take long for the customer to find tenants for his new properties which paid for the mortgages themselves and bought a dressing table mirror with lights to go with the whole refurbishment.

One of the most important aspects of a homeowner’s loan is affordability both for you and the lender. Being able to prove that you can pay the loan back and follow the repayment dates, while also being confident that you could provide financial information to potential lenders is important in being accepted too.
